Why create your own website?

If you  google "free website" you will see there are plenty of ways to get a free website, and most of them also provide free hosting, so why bother to build your own? Actually this blog is one of them, provided by Blogger.com but I can tell you that what you can do with it is pretty limited .
At the other extreme  is a program like Dreamweaver that costs $300.00 and is hard to learn - definitely not for beginners. They are called HTML editors and you have to understand what you are doing to use one. The professionals use them to create sophisticated websites.

Using a basic program like Blogger.com is a good place to start. It gets you participating and started on the learning curve and it gives you a web PRESENCE quickly and for free and that is a thousand times better than "thinking about it!" But you want to make some real money online, don't you? If so you will, sooner or later, want to graduate to a full professional website and ultimately be able to create as many of them as you want.

If you plan to take this business (Internet Marketing) seriously rather than be a dabbling amateur you need to know how to build a real website, how to correct it if something goes wrong (and it does) and how to modify and fine tune it as you get feedback and make progress with your sales. If you have a techie oriented buddy you could get him to do it for you or just hire someone, but if you do that you will never fully understand your website, which can only lead to frustration and uncertainty.

It's like the difference between owning you car or house and renting one. Let's take an example from Auto Racing. Who is more likely to become the champion, the driver that can only 'drive like hell' or the driver that also fully understands the mechanics of his car and can nurse it across the line in third place and get those vital championship points? you get my point.

Now here is the GOOD news! It's not that hard to create a "proper" website, and you will feel so much better about this entire business opportunity when you do, and there is great satisfaction in admiring your own creation and knowing that you can tweak and improve it as necessary.
If your goal is to eventually have your own private ATM you would be well advised to find out how they work!

You can build your own complete website with a simple step-by-step system, as voted the #1 Internet Marketing Service by IM Report Card!
